Cancellation and refunds
What cancelling does, what it does not do, and exactly where the button is.
The short version
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No payment is refunded — not the ฿69 introductory charge, and not a renewal.
- A PromptPay pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply expires.
How to cancel
Go to your account page. The Cancel subscription button is in the Billing section.
Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the day you have already paid through, then stops.
Card subscriptions renew until cancelled
Paying by card starts a subscription. After the 7-day ฿69 introduction, it renews automatically at ฿1,249 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
Cancelling turns off future renewals — nothing more. It does not end your access early, and it does not return any money already paid.
PromptPay passes expire on their own
A PromptPay payment buys a fixed period of access, one payment at a time. It cannot renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. When the period ends, access ends, and you pay again only if you choose to.
No payment is refunded
The ฿69 introductory charge is not refundable. Renewal charges are not refundable. We do not offer refunds, in part or in full.
Cancellation is not a refund: it stops charges that have not happened yet, and it never returns one that has. The way to avoid a renewal charge is to cancel before the renewal date.
