Policy
Refunds
Sixty days, the full amount, and exactly what a refund takes back.
The short version
- You have 60 days from the day you paid to ask for a refund of that payment.
- We refund the full amount. We ask you to tell us briefly, in your own words, why.
- A refund withdraws what it bought — a refunded report closes, and refunded full access ends.
- Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account, say which payment you mean, and tell us briefly why you want it back. That reason is the only condition — we do not ask you to justify it any further, and there is no form to fill in.
We reply to every request. Once a refund is issued, how quickly it appears is up to your bank or PromptPay — usually a few working days, and that part is out of our hands.
What the 60 days cover
- The full report, $1.99: 60 days from the day you paid for it.
- Full access, $14.99: 60 days from the day you paid for it. Time you have already had it is not deducted from the refund.
This 60-day policy sits on top of the rights Thai consumer law gives you, including the statutory right to cancel a direct-marketing purchase. It does not replace them and cannot take them away.
What a refund takes back
A refund undoes the purchase, not only the payment. When we refund the report, the report closes and its download link stops working. When we refund full access, it ends that day — the report closes and the growth guide with it. Your answers, your free result and your account are untouched, and you can buy again later if you want to.
There is nothing to cancel
Nothing PersonalityLoom sells renews. Each purchase is one charge, no card is kept on file to bill you again, and full access simply stops on its end date. There is no subscription behind any of it, and so nothing you must remember to cancel.
