Straight answers about the test, what premium adds, how billing works, and what happens to your data.
The test
How long does the test take, and how many questions are there?
The assessment is 96 questions, answered one at a time. Allow roughly 15–20 minutes — that is an estimate from the question count, not a measured average, and there is no timer. You can stop partway and come back — your answers are saved as you go.
Can I retake the test?
Yes. Anyone can retake it, at any time, with no waiting period. A retake starts a fresh test; your earlier result and report are kept.
Free and premium
What do I get free, and what does premium add?
Free gives you the name of your archetype and a summary. Premium adds the full report and the AI coach.
What is in the premium report?
The full report covers your scores on 24 dimensions across six axes, the one of 64 archetypes those scores map to, and what they mean for your strengths, growth areas, relationships, and working style.
The report is composed from your own scores by fixed rules — the same answers always produce the same report. It is not written by an AI.
What is the AI coach?
The coach is the part of the product that really is AI: a conversational assistant that knows your profile and answers questions about your results. It comes with premium, alongside the report.
Billing and cancellation
How does billing work?
Premium starts at ฿69 for 7 days of full access. After that it is ฿1,249 per 4-week period. The two ways to pay behave differently:
- Card (through Stripe) is a subscription: it renews automatically every 4 weeks at ฿1,249 until you cancel.
- PromptPay (through Omise) is a one-time pass: it cannot renew by itself. It simply expires, and you buy again if you want more time.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A PromptPay pass has nothing to cancel — it expires on its own.

Can I get a refund?
No. The ฿69 introductory charge and renewal charges are not refundable, and cancelling never returns money already paid — it only stops future charges.
Language
How do I switch between English and Thai?
Use the language switch in the header — it is on every page. Persona AI is built in both English and Thai, including the test and your report.
Your data
What data do you store about me?
Your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your assessment answers, your computed results, your generated report, your conversation history with the coach, and payment records. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and Omise and are never stored by us.
How do I get my data corrected or deleted?
Email us from the address on your account and ask — you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. There is no self-service deletion or export in the product yet, so every request is handled manually, by a person.
