Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PersonalityLoom when you use personalityloom.com. They are written in plain language on purpose — you should be able to actually understand what you are agreeing to.
What the service is
PersonalityLoom is a 96-question personality assessment, with an optional 192-question extended sitting. It measures 24 dimensions across 6 axes and maps your result to one of 64 archetypes. The free tier gives you your archetype's name, a summary written from your answers, and your score on all six axes.
The paid tier unlocks the full premium report, and full access adds an AI-written personal growth guide. The report itself is composed from your own scores by a fixed method — it is not written by an AI. The guide is genuinely AI-written, and like any AI writing it can be wrong; treat it as prompts for reflection, not instructions.
Not medical or psychological advice
PersonalityLoom is a self-understanding tool. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, it does not diagnose any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in your report or your growth guide is a clinical assessment of you.
If you are worried about your mental health, or you are in distress, please talk to a doctor, a psychologist, or another qualified professional. Do not delay or replace professional care because of anything this product told you.
Your account
You need an account with a working email address to buy premium access. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and email us.
Acceptable use
Use PersonalityLoom as a person, for yourself. In particular:
- Don't try to break, probe, or overload the service, and don't access other people's accounts or data.
- Don't scrape the question bank, copy the assessment, or rebuild the service from its parts.
- Don't resell access, share one account between several people, or publish the premium report as if it were your own product.
Your report is for personal use
Your results and your premium report are for your own personal use. You are welcome to share what you learned with people you trust. What you may not do is sell the report, republish it commercially, or present it as a professional evaluation of yourself or anyone else.
Prices and billing
Everything PersonalityLoom sells is a single payment. Nothing renews, and no card is kept on file to be charged later. There are two purchases:
- The full report: $1.99, charged once. Access to it does not expire.
- Full access: $14.99, charged once — the full report permanently, plus the AI growth guide for 365 days. It does not renew; buy it again to extend.
Nothing renews
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal anywhere in PersonalityLoom. Each purchase is a single charge, and we do not keep a card on file to charge you later. That means there is nothing you need to cancel in order to avoid a further payment.
Full access runs for a year and stops on its own end date. The full report stays on your account for good.
Refunds — 60 days
You may ask for a refund of any purchase within 60 days of the day you paid. Email us from the address on your account and tell us briefly why you want it; we refund the full amount you paid. A refund withdraws what it bought: a refunded report closes and its download stops working, and refunded full access ends on the day the refund is issued. This is in addition to, and does not replace, any right to cancel or be refunded that Thai consumer law gives you.
Suspension and closing accounts
If an account is used to break these terms — abusing the service, accessing what isn't yours, reselling access — we may suspend or close it. If we do, any purchase still inside its 60-day refund window can be refunded: write to us and tell us briefly why, and we refund the full amount. As with any refund, it withdraws what it bought — a refunded report closes and its download stops working, and refunded full access ends on the day the refund is issued.
You can stop using PersonalityLoom at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, email us and we will handle the request.
Changes to the service and to these terms
PersonalityLoom will keep evolving — questions get recalibrated, features are added, some things change shape. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't accept them, stop using the service.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep PersonalityLoom accurate, available and safe, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. A personality assessment is a structured reading of your answers, not a fact about you — decisions you make based on your results are your own.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of your results — and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
PersonalityLoom is operated from Thailand, and these terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
