The test
How long does the test take, and how many questions are there?
The assessment is 96 questions, answered one at a time. Allow roughly 15–20 minutes — that is an estimate from the question count, not a measured average, and there is no timer. At the end you can choose to continue to 192 questions for tighter confidence bands. You can stop partway and come back — your answers are saved as you go.
Can I retake the test?
Yes. Anyone can retake it, at any time, with no waiting period. A retake starts a fresh test; your earlier result and report are kept.
Free and premium
What do I get free, and what does paying add?
Free gives you your archetype — its name, its code, and the line that sums it up — a summary written from your own answers, and your score on all six axes with the pole each one puts you on. The full report is $1.99, paid once: the confidence band behind each of those six scores, the 24-scale table, written sections on your strengths, growth areas, relationships and work, and the whole thing as a PDF to keep. Full access is $14.99, paid once — that same report permanently, plus the AI growth guide for a year.
What is in the premium report?
The full report covers your scores on 24 dimensions across six axes, the one of 64 archetypes those scores map to, and what they mean for your strengths, growth areas, relationships, and working style.
The report is composed from your own scores by fixed rules — the same answers always produce the same report. It is not written by an AI.
What is the AI growth guide?
The guide is the part of the product that really is AI: a document written once from your scores — how your profile shows up in daily life, your strengths and trade-offs, and practical self-management suggestions. It is saved to your account and comes with full access, alongside the report to keep. There is no chat: nothing you type is ever sent to the AI.
Paying and refunds
How does paying work?
Everything is a single payment. The full report is $1.99. Full access is $14.99 — the report to keep, plus the AI growth guide for a year. Nothing renews, and no card is kept on file to charge you later. Both ways to pay take one charge:
- Card (through Stripe): charged once, for the amount shown.
- PromptPay (through Omise): one payment approved in your banking app. It has no way to take a second one.
Is there anything to cancel?
No. Nothing you buy renews, so there is no subscription to cancel. Full access runs for a year and stops on its own end date; the full report stays on your account for good.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 60 days of the day you paid. Email us from the address on your account and tell us briefly why; we refund the full amount. A refund withdraws what it bought: a refunded report closes and refunded full access ends.
Language
How do I switch between English and Thai?
Use the language switch in the header — it is on every page. PersonalityLoom is built in both English and Thai, including the test and your report.
Your data
What data do you store about me?
Your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your assessment answers, your computed results, your generated report, your AI-written growth guide, and payment records. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and Omise and are never stored by us.
How do I get my data corrected or deleted?
Email us from the address on your account and ask — you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. There is no self-service deletion or export in the product yet, so every request is handled manually, by a person.
